First of all, I would just like to point out that as of right now, in this very moment, I'm a liar. Not a patholigical liar of course. In fact, maybe liar isn't the correct word. Lets go with fibber. Yes, I'd be a fibber! I named my blog "A Day in the Life of a Country Wife" however, I'm not a wife yet?!
Allow me to explain. I really wanted to start a blog and share all my daily stories with you guys, but I couldn't have a boring title for it! NO WAY! This was catchy (right?) and I will officially be a country wife in a few short months, so this counts as far as I'm concerned!
I was born and raised in a small town so the country isn't too much of a shock for this soon to be farmer's wife, however, I wasn't raised on a farm at all! I have no expierence in taking care of any animal except for the occasional dog! I am an awful cook, but I do intend on learning. Mainly, just because I want to walk outside and ring my big ol' brass bell while hollering "SUUUPPPER!!" I have NO desire to wear an apron, and I also have the intention of having a big beautiful flower garden, although neither one of my thumb's are green. :) It's a very good thing that I have an amazing cowboy to teach me along my way!
There are many things to know about this ol' gal, but I don't care to talk in paragraphs, so I'll just make a short list of tid bits for you..how's that sound?
1. I take my socks off in my sleep
2. I spend about 6 or 7 hours a day making silly faces at my beautiful 4 month old daughter.
3. I have selective hearing..but don't tell Termite!
4. I text about 3,000 texts a month, just to Termite alone! :)
5. I am praying for the day that I get to be a stay at home mommy with P, and hopefully pop out more red headed, blue eyed babies!
6. That is all for now..ha!
I adore my family and friends and couldn't imagine being where I am today without any of them. Especially, my Termite and baby girl P.
Thanks for visiting friends, Hang out and chill awhile...
